What is the Influencer Finder service? The Influencer Finder is a specialist influencer marketing service built for authors. We research genre-specific social media influencers who are passionate about your book's niche covering Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X and provide you with detailed profiles, contact information, and outreach tools to help you promote your book effectively.

What does the service aim to achieve? The primary goal of the Gold Concierge Outreach Service is to find you at least 10 influencers willing to share your book or audiobook for free. These will mainly be nano and micro influencers in the 1,000–20,000 follower range, who are typically happy to receive a copy of your book in exchange for a review or promotion.

If you would prefer, we can target larger influencers, but these usually expect payment, which you would need to budget for separately. See below for a guide to typical influencer rates by platform.

What type of influencers do you target? We focus primarily on nano and micro influencers, creators with between 1,000 and 20,000 followers. We target this range because they tend to be more accessible, more willing to collaborate in exchange for a book copy, and more affordable if payment is required. We can target larger accounts too, but the greater an influencer's following, the more they typically charge for collaborations.

What platforms are covered? We source influencers across all four major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).

How much does it cost to hire a paid influencer? If you choose to work with larger influencers who expect payment, rates vary by platform, follower count, engagement rate, and the nature of the collaboration. Some influencers, of all sizes, are happy to review you just for a physical copy of thier book if it is a good fit for their audience. Here is a rough guide:

Instagram (per post):

• Nano (1k–10k followers): $10–$100
• Micro (10k–100k followers): $100–$500
• Mid-tier (100k–500k followers): $500–$5,000
• Macro (500k–1M followers): $5,000–$10,000
• Mega (1M+ followers): $10,000+

YouTube (per video):

OUTREACH PROCESS

How does the outreach work? Depending on the tier you book, we set up a unique email address in your book's name and send outreach emails to a targeted list of influencers relevant to your genre or subject. We follow up if there is no initial response. Once replies begin to arrive, the email account is handed over to you so you can continue engaging with interested influencers directly. You are then responsible for following up, agreeing terms, and building your own ongoing relationship with each influencer which is important for establishing long-term working arrangements.

Do you guarantee results? Yes, our guarantee is that we will continue working with you until at least 10 influencers have expressed a willingness to work with you. If you book the Gold Concierge Outreach Service, our team manages all communication on your behalf throughout the process, including negotiations, follow-ups, and booking coordination. You are then responsible for making any payments that have been agreed.

PAYMENTS & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Who pays the influencers? All payments for influencer collaborations are made directly between you (the author) and the influencer. We do not handle payments on your behalf. We identify the influencers and, where applicable, provide their terms and conditions. Financial arrangements are entirely between you and them.

What is your disclaimer regarding influencer engagements? We identify relevant influencers and provide you with their terms and conditions. We then pass communications back to you so that you may handle payments and organise any other requirements. As part of this service, we do not act as an agent or representative, and we cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any influencer collaboration or your interactions with them.
